NSW LifeLink prefill for celebrants: reuse your saved couple details
Ceremony Hub’s LifeLink assistant helps Australian celebrants populate NSW LifeLink marriage forms using details already saved in a booking. It reduces retyping; it does not lodge the marriage automatically or remove the need to review every field.

How does the NSW LifeLink assistant work?
Collect the couple’s information in Ceremony Hub, then use the LifeLink assistant Chrome extension when completing the NSW registry form. The assistant transfers supported saved fields into the form. Review the result in LifeLink before saving or submitting it.
The source booking matters: information that has not been collected cannot be transferred. Keep the couple’s names, birth details, residential addresses, parent details and other relevant records accurate before starting.
What information can the assistant help populate?
Supported mappings include couple details, parents’ countries of birth, relationship information, NOIM lodgement information and identification details when the corresponding information is available in Ceremony Hub.
Family names are converted to uppercase for the registry form. The assistant fills birthdates and leaves the age field for LifeLink to calculate. Dropdown options and conditional address fields still require review.
Does prefill mean automatic BDM lodgement?
No. Prefill is a data-entry aid, not an automatic lodgement service. The celebrant checks the form, resolves missing or incorrect information and completes the registry’s save and submission process.
Never infer that identity was checked, a document was witnessed or a signature was completed simply because a form can be populated. Those answers must reflect the actual records and work performed.
Does it work in other states and territories?
The Ceremony Hub registry assistant currently supports NSW LifeLink only. Expansion is planned, but there is no published availability date for other registries. Do not purchase it expecting a currently unsupported state to work.
How much does Ceremony Hub cost?
Ceremony Hub is A$10 per month with unlimited active bookings. You can try it for 30 days without a card, or add a card for 90 days free. The card-based trial becomes a paid monthly subscription unless cancelled before the first charge.
The registry assistant is part of the Ceremony Hub workflow. Check the current installation instructions in the platform; Chrome extension distribution and updates may change.
